Karl Marx’s Capital poses an enormous challenge for every reader in different respects, above all due to its scope, its complex history of editing and creation, its very schematic character, its argumentation at different levels of abstraction and its different scientific perspectives (above all philosophy and political economy). A conceptual, terminological and structural overview can considerably facilitate reading and understanding. The following schemes aim to contribute to this.
